Our vision is to restore The Rising Sun to its place as one of Truro’s favourite destinations for eating, drinking and socialising.

We believe a great pub is about more than just what’s on the plate or in the glass. Its about creating a welcoming atmosphere, a relaxed yet refined dining experience and somewhere people genuinely look forward to visiting.

Supporting local Cornish suppliers is at the heart if our ethos, Allowing us to showcase the fantastic produce our county has to offer while supporting fellow independent businesses.

Alongside our Head Chef Daniel Harvey, we are comitted to delivering beautifully prepared food, excellent service and a warm, inviting ambience.

Our ambience is simple - to put The Rising Sun firmly back on the map as one of the places to eat and drink in Truro.
